Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Click here to purchase online. Prefer to speak with someone? You can give us a call 716.817.4416 and we can do everything over the phone. Rather come in? No worries! Stop in during business hours and we've got you covered!
Should I wash my hair before a color service?
Yes! Clean dry hair is preferred.
Do you have on-site parking?
Directly behind our salon off of North Cayuga there is a small parking lot with 5 spots available (with red signs that say Morgan Reed Salon). Additional parking is available on Main Street, in the Village Public Lot behind the library, and on the side streets behind the salon.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check & credit/debt cards. Please note all credit/debit cards will be charged a 3.5% processing fee. Please make checks payable to: Morgan Salon & Co.
When can I wash my hair after a color service?
24hrs (longer if you prefer but not necessary).
How long should I wait to wash my hair after an American Wave or Keratin Treatment?
48hrs (longer if you prefer but not necessary).
What is your refund policy?
We do not provide refunds for products or services. Unopened products may be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchasing. Services will not be refunded under any circumstances. That being said we will (to the best of our ability) make sure you are happy and that the situation is made right (within reason).
