All pricing is non-negotiable, and all services are to be paid in full prior to leaving the salon. While we do not offer refunds for completed services, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us—if you are unhappy with your result, we welcome you to return to your original stylist so we can see what can be done to help achieve your desired look.
